Ariel was interviewed by our HR Manager and here is what Ariel has to say about his life at Bayacao:
Reflecting on my journey with Bayacao, I can't help but feel an overwhelming sense of gratitude towards the company. From the very beginning, it has been a platform that not only allowed me to contribute as a worker but also facilitated my upward trajectory within the organization.
Joining as an employee, I've witnessed how Bayacao values and nurtures the development of its team members. The opportunities to climb the professional ladder have been abundant, and the continuous learning environment has been a catalyst for my personal and career growth.
The company's commitment to my development became evident through the provision of specialized courses in my field, enabling me to enhance my skills and perform at my best.
My motivation stems from the incredible opportunity Bayacao has given me to develop both personally and professionally.
This environment fosters growth, and I am genuinely grateful for the support that has propelled me forward.
To the new faces at Bayacao, my advice echoes my own journey: give it your all, go above and beyond. I started at the bottom, facing challenges and overcoming obstacles. It wasn't easy, but the effort and dedication did not go unnoticed. The key is to showcase responsibility, maintain a genuine interest in continuous learning, and prioritize the development of the company and your professional journey.
My recommendation for new Bayacao workers is simple: Work with passion and dedication, focusing not just on the paycheck, but on contributing to the company's development and investing in your own professional growth. Trust me, the rewards go beyond monetary gains, and the journey is truly fulfilling.
Here's to continued growth and success for all of us at Bayacao!
