Committed to raising quality standards, fostering continuous improvement and strengthening its human capital, the BAYACAO plantation in Bayaguana has launched a pioneering training program in applied mathematics for agriculture.
This program, which began on February 2 with the participation of sector heads and foremen, key actors in the production process, is developed in 5 modules lasting one month and is taught by personnel with experience in education for professionals.
Our approach is based on the direct application of mathematical concepts to real agricultural situations. Through practical exercises and real-world scenarios, agricultural workers not only acquire theoretical knowledge, but also develop practical skills that they can immediately apply in their daily work.
Mental exercises are also integrated during the training to strengthen logical reasoning and mental agility, thus cultivating agile and resilient minds that are prepared to face the ever-changing challenges of modern agriculture.
